Putrajaya, 26 Mei – The Legal Affairs Division of Prime Minister’s Department in collaboration with PUSPANITA Cawangan Kecil BHEUU had organized an integrity talk entitled “Successful Self Transformation”. Mr. Amin Idris, Master Trainer from the Akademi Magnet Sukses Sdn. Bhd. and also a personality from TV Al-Hijrah was invited as the guest speaker.

The objective of the talk is to educate the audiences from the Legal Affairs Division, Legal Aid Department and Insolvency Department of Malaysia on the importance of self-transformation as a tool to continuously improve their performance in work place and also in daily life. The speaker spoke on how small steps towards self-transformation can bring success to anyone who is willing to take up the challenge. He also encourages the audiences to always be proactive when undergoing self-transformation.
The talk was attended by 130 officers and staff from the Legal Affairs Division, Legal Aid Department and Insolvency Department of Malaysia.

Kursus Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti Audit Dalam MS ISO 9001:2008 BHEUU

Putrajaya, 24 Mei – Kursus Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti Audit Dalam MS ISO 9001:2008 BHEUU telah diadakan di Dewan Harmoni, Aras 2, BHEUU pada 23 dan 24 Mei 2016. Kursus ini telah dianjurkan oleh Unit Inovasi, BHEUU. Seramai 19 orang peserta yang terdiri dari Pengurus Dokumen, Penolong Pengurus Dokumen/Koordinator, Ketua Pasukan Audit Dalam ISO, Timbalan Ketua Pasukan Audit Dalam ISO dan Juruaudit Dalam ISO telah menghadiri bengkel ini. Pemudahcara adalah Puan  Sa’adiah Binti Enok dari SIRIM Training Services Sdn Bhd.  Objektif bengkel ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kefahaman mengenai proses dan prosedur audit dalam serta memberi pendedahan secara komprehensif mengenai amalan dan pengetahuan berhubung Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti MS ISO 9001:2008.

LAWATAN PENANDA ARAS EKOSISTEM KONDUSIF SEKTOR AWAM (EKSA) BHEUU

Putrajaya, 16 Mei – Lawatan Penanda Aras EKSA ke Bahagian GST, Ibu Pejabat Kastam Diraja Malaysia, Menara Tulus, Presint 3, Putrajaya telah diadakan pada 16 Mei 2016 (Isnin). Lawatan ini telah dianjurkan oleh Unit Inovasi, BHEUU. Seramai 34 orang peserta terdiri dari Ketua Juruaudit Dalam EKSA, Juruaudit-juruaudit Dalam EKSA, Fasilitator dan Ketua-ketua Zon EKSA BHEUU telah menghadiri lawatan  ini. Objektif lawatan ini adalah untuk melihat pelaksanaan EKSA di Jabatan berkenaan.

Putrajaya, 5th May – YBhg. Datuk Mohd Zuki bin Ali, the Director General of Legal Affairs Division, Prime Minister Department reminded employees of BHEUU, MdI and JBG that Malaysia need skilled workers to achieve vision 2020. He said skilled workers are the economic mover. 

He also reminded that employees of BHEUU, MdI and JBG to work dedicatedly. This is because dedicated workers are the catalyst for development of the country.

“In order to bring the country towards success, skilled and competent civil servants must play their roles and responsibilities. Inefficient workers would not perform effectively", he said.

He said during delivering his speech at the BHEUU monthly assembly here today.

PUTRAJAYA, 28th April 2016 – Internal Auditor Course of EKSA BHEUU was held in the foyer of Level 10, BHEUU on the 27th and 28th April 2016.The course was organized by the Innovation Unit, BHEUU. A total of 28 participants consisting of officers and staff of BHEUU attended this one-day course. Facilitator for this course was Mr. Harun bin Jantan from the headquarters of Royal Malaysian Customs Department. The objective of the course is to improve understanding of roles, responsibilities and also to improve understanding about EKSA and knowledge of the concept and the new auditing in accordance with the principle of EKSA.
