BERITA PERHIMPUNAN BULANAN BHEUU BIL. 10/2018

Putrajaya, 26 Oktober - YBhg. Datuk Jalil bin Marzuki, Ketua Pengarah BHEUU mengajak warga kerja BHEUU, JBG dan MdI terus mengamalkan budaya yang produktif di tempat kerja dengan istiqamah. Ini boleh dilaksanakan dengan motivasi dalaman seseorang pekerja iaitu dengan melaksanakan kerja dengan ikhlas, amanah, berintegriti, bersungguh-sungguh serta tekun.

Menurut beliau lagi, antara panduan meningkatkan produktiviti adalah dengan membuat senarai tugas harian/mingguan. Cara ini dapat membantu melaksanakan kerja dengan teratur dan dapat menghindarkan diri daripada terlupa mengambil tindakan.

Beliau menambah, setiap pekerja mempunyai waktu produktiviti yang berbeza. Kebiasaannya, waktu produktif di tempat kerja adalah di sebelah pagi. Tugas hendaklah dilaksanakan pada waktu produktif pekerja.

Beliau berkata, pekerja perlu fokus dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawab. Ia boleh dilakukan dengan mengurangkan halangan seperti membuang masa dengan handphone dan berborak pada waktu bekerja. Seseorang pekerja juga perlu menyusun kehidupan peribadi dengan baik kerana tumpuan kepada kerja dapat dilaksanakan sepenuhnya.

Beliau menyeru agar pekerja mengelakkan tabiat suka menangguhkan kerja. Menangguh kerja boleh menyebabkan rantaian kerja yang efisien terputus dan menggangu produktiviti.

Beliau berkata demikian di Perhimpunan Bulanan BHEUU di sini hari ini.

Putrajaya, August 16 - YBhg. Datuk Haini binti Hassan calls on all BHEUU, JBG and MdI employees to take care of both physical and spiritual health through adopting a healthy lifestyle to ensure a peaceful life without any illness that could limits activities of daily living. She said a healthy mind comes from a healthy body towards producing an active mind to do something good, thus improving the quality of work that will lead to excellence of an organization.

She added that both physical and spiritual health must be in balance because spiritual illness could affect one's body.

She explained that physical illness such as fever, cough, cold and others can be seen visibly whereby spiritual illness is a bad character and attitude that lure a person into doing evil things and disturbing others happiness.

She said this in her speech at the BHEUU Monthly Assembly here today.

Putrajaya, September 29 - YBhg. Dato 'Umar Saifuddin bin Jaafar, Director General of Insolvency urge BHEUU, JBG and MdI employees regardless of religion and race together to uphold justice and to leave any elements that lead to injustice. He added that we are the employees who carry out the trust should be brave to change and start the transformation to achieve a transparent and efficient work culture.

He emphasized, in doing whatever responsibilities are given, we must do so in earnest with a good intention solely for the pleasure of Allah S.W.T. He said someone should be ashamed if they fail to carry out the mandate.

He also called on all employees to inculcate in their glorious culture and leave any culture that led to the setback. He hoped that by adopting a positive culture within their daily lives our country will be peaceful and prosperous.

He said this in his speech at the BHEUU Monthly Assembly here today

Putrajaya, June 26 - YBhg. Dato' Umar Saifuddin Bin Jaafar, Director-General of the Malaysian Department of Insolvency urge BHEUU, JBG and MdI employees to be loyal to the ruling government. He said civil servants is the one who implemented government policies and therefore they must obey the ruling government as well as avoid politics that could uphold the loyalty of civil servants.

He added that every civil servants are required to always admit that every words and actions should be subject to the regulations stipulated by the Federal Constitution and Service Circular issued by the government from time to time. He reminds that the phrase " Saya yang menurut perintah" means the adherence of the service of a civil servant.

He reminds that current government emphasizes the principle of 'rule of law' in which all individuals are subject to the law and nonecan escape from the lawsuit. Hence, BHEUU, JBG and MdI employees must always comply with the laws, rules and directives issued.

He also reminds every employee to maintain integrity at all timesand should be able to perform their duties with integrity and prudently.

He said this at the BHEUU Monthly Assembly here today.

Putrajaya, July 24 - YBhg. Datuk Jalil bin Marzuki, Director-General of BHEUU advised BHEUU, JBG and MdI employees to sacrifice their time and energy to increase productivity and provide the best services to the people. He also said that all employees need to commit to improving work quality.

According to him, high commitment leads to service excellence. He reminded all employees that energy and time sacrifices and practicing pure values of life consistently will produce good results.

He reminded that BHEUU, JBG and MdI employees are part of civil servants who are the backbone of the integrity and strength of a nation and nation. He added that it is a priority for employees to increase their capabilities and their competencies to continue to contribute to the nation and the nation.
